Meeting minutes for April 11, 2005:
Members in attendance:

Web Site Domain Name:
Pat opened by asking opinions on needing our own domain name - for
$9/month we could upgrade our web site service through geocities and
receive more memory, a personalized domain name and an e-mail
address. Our web site could be www.momsalive.org or .com or - with
our e-mail address info@momsalive.org or .com, whatever is available.
All in attendance thought this was a good idea.
Dues Renewal will be in June. Dues for MomsALIVE is $15.
Elections for officers are in June. We need nominations for a
Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, and Secretary. Charlotte has agreed to
stay on board as Treasurer.
Nominations so far are as follows:
Chair: Joi and Julia
Co-Chair: Joi and Julia
Secretary: Monica
Nominations can be sent to me at dkcramer@bellsouth.net. If you are
nominated and do not want to accept "your party's nomination" (I have
been watching WAAY too much West Wing), email me also and I will
take your name off of the ballot. New members can be in office also.....!
Budget Proposal:
Please make sure you have read Julia's proposal on the budget in
relation to the Nashville Adoption Option computer needs. If you have
not seen this and want to, contact Katie C.
Expense Reports:
Anyone who has expenses (as in, you do the presentations) and you do
not have a new expense report form, contact Charlotte for a new
spreadsheet to be sent to you. There is one for Presenter and one for
Helper.
